- Power on your new iPhone.

If you’re planning to use the same SIM card in your new iPhone, you can save your contacts to the card before you move it to your new phone. Even if you’ll be using a different SIM, you can still use your SIM card to transfer contacts from Android to iPhone, provided that your SIM card fits.
To transfer contacts from Android to iPhone on a SIM card:
- Open the Contacts app on your Android phone.
- Tap the Menu icon.
- Select Settings.
- Tap Export.
- Select Export to VCF File.
- Name your file and tap Save.
- Open the Files app.
- In the Downloads folder, select your contacts file and tap the Three Dots menu.
- Select Copy To.
