Facebook will respond and say they can’t take it down because they are fans not impersonating me. Do we have to sue Facebook?

It is so frustrating when someone does take control of your Facebook Page. My wife had her Page Hijacked as well as the email was changed so she had no access to it whatsoever. We spent hours trying to reclaim it with out success even when we proved to support with a drivers license and even a passport.

It would be so wonderful if a recommendation could be made hot to resolve this for others…
