5. The confirmation popup advises you that this action will delete all data from your past conversations with My AI from Snapchat’s servers. Read it, then tap Confirm to finish.
   

Unfortunately, that’s your only control over the My AI chat in Snapchat, unless you subscribe to the paid plan.

More Options for Snapchat+ Members, Including the Ability to Delete My AI from Snapchat

If you are a Snapchat+ subscriber, you have a bit more control. You can unpin your My AI conversation from the top of your chats or even delete it altogether.

How to Delete My AI on Snapchat

Deleting the My AI chat is easy for Snapchat+ subscribers.

1. Open the Snapchat app and tap the Chats tab.
   
2. Long-press My AI until the menu appears.
   
3. Tap Chat Settings.
   
4. Next, tap Clear from Chat Feed.
   
5. Tap Clear in the confirmation popup.
   

What if you want My AI back? It’s simple to open a new chat with the digital personality. Just tap the New Chat button and select My AI for the recipient.

If you don’t want to delete My AI, but you also don’t want it pinned to the top of your chats, you can unpin it.

How to Unpin My AI in Your Chat Feed

1. In the Snapchat app, tap the Chats tab.
   
2. You’ll see My AI at the top; long-press it to open the menu.
   
3. Tap Chat Settings.
   
4. Finally, tap Unpin Conversation.
   

If you want to return your chat with My AI to the top of your feed, follow those steps again and tap Pin Conversation.
